In an effort to make the educational resources of the association more readily accessible to the membership, the association’s business templates and surveys have all been consolidated onto one user-friendly cd-rom-the NACS Tool Kit v.six-with documents that can be viewed in a Microsoft Word/Excel or a pdf format.  Those who’ve seen one of the earlier versions of the Tool Kit, will be excited to see several new resources in addition to the templates, surveys and resources found on the current version, making the list of resources on the sixth version to over two dozen!
